Shipping Overview
RespiFlo ships through our authorized retailer, BuyGoods, with reliable carriers in the United States and internationally. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. The outer box does not display product names, ingredient information, or any reference to health supplements — only the shipping label and our return address.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery progress in real time.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, holiday volume, or weather. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will help track it down.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@respiflo.com. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to redirect it — but we will do our best to help.
Lost Or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, building management, and any household members first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
