Every bottle of RespiFlo is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of your original order date and we will issue you a complete refund — no questions asked.

How To Request A Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these three steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@respiflo.com within 60 days of your original purchase date. Include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
  2. Receive return instructions. Our team will reply with a return authorization and the shipping address to send your bottles back to. Please do not send returns to the address on the original package.
  3. Ship your bottles back (both used and unused are accepted). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
