Every bottle of RespiFlo is backed by a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of your original order date and we will issue you a complete refund — no questions asked.
How To Request A Refund
Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these three steps:
- Contact our support team at support@respiflo.com within 60 days of your original purchase date. Include your name, order number, and the reason for your refund request.
- Receive return instructions. Our team will reply with a return authorization and the shipping address to send your bottles back to. Please do not send returns to the address on the original package.
- Ship your bottles back (both used and unused are accepted). We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received, your refund will be processed.

What You'll Receive
Approved refunds cover the full purchase price of your RespiFlo order. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined in the following limited circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 60 days after the original purchase date
